Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 10-day return policy, giving you 10 days from the date of item receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item remains in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, remember to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

It's important to note that we can only accept returns if you have first contacted us to request the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

In the unfortunate event of damages or issues with your order, kindly inspect the items upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

For our customers in the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same eligibility criteria for returns apply.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of the refund. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
